Switchboard test
- A thorough switchboard inspection including a condition and safety check, insulation resistance test (where required) and RCD/safety switch test. Special testing instruments with integrated digital readout are utilised to accurately determine compliance
Power points test
- Earth, loop, and polarity test of all power points
Electrical appliance inspection
- A thorough inspection of all electrical appliances provided by the landlord, checking leads, plugs, and casings
Replacement of faulty items
- Replacement of any faulty, damaged, or hazardous circuit breakers, safety switches, light switches, and power points
Full electrical safety and compliance check
- Full comprehensive electrical safety and compliance check of the property against the Australian Standards AS/NZS3019 and AS3000
Service report
- A digital Electrical Service Report provided upon completion of each service available on our client portal
- An electrical safety check for all landlord-provided electrical appliances, installations and fittings is now mandatory every 2 years.
- The safety check must be carried out by a licensed or registered electrician in accordance with the Australian and New Zealand Standard for Electrical Installations—periodic variation (AS/NZS 3019:2007). The service must be amended when these variations update at any time.
- Tenants of rental properties now have the right to request the date of the last electrical safety check.
- If not checked within the last 2 years, an electrical safety check is required as soon as practicable after the renter occupies the property.
- Detailed records must be kept including the name and licence or registration number of the electrician who conducted the check, the date of the check, the results including any repairs required and actions taken, and a report prepared in accordance with section 2 of AS/NZS 3019. The record must be kept until a record of the next check is available.
- Tenants of rental properties have the right to ask for a copy of the record and must be supplied within 7 days of written request.

MYLO Gas Safety Service Includes:
Gas mains leak and pressure test
- Test complies with new requirement under the current regulations
Negative pressure test
- Test ensures that carbon monoxide is not being drawn into the home living spaces
Carbon monoxide test
- A carbon monoxide test of all gas heating appliances and any internal hot water systems according to the rigorous standards set by Energy Safe Victoria
LPG Cylinders check
- If LPG cylinders are present at the property check for correct installation and inspect all related gas components
Full gas safety check
- A full gas safety check including a comprehensive safety check of the property against the Australian Standards AS4575 and in line with the VBA requirements
Service report
- A digital Gas Service Report provided upon completion of each service available on our client portal
- A gas safety check for all gas installations and fittings is mandatory every 2 years.
- The safety check must be carried out by a licensed or registered gas fitter with Type A servicing accreditation.
- Tenants of rental properties now have the right to request the date of the last gas safety check.
