We provide emergency response, as well as annual maintenance inspections* for all properties, common areas included.

- If the 6 visits elapses and you still require our services, there will be a $180 service charge for each additional visit.
*Annual Inspections:
As part of your Premium Membership, included as part of the annual visits is an inspection. Once a year, we will visit your property and check for any soft maintenance requirements.
